Laura Ash

Laura is a clinical herbalist, professional dancer, and wellness expert. In 2008 Laura co-founded Avra Organic Spa in San Francisco voted “Best Place to Detox”. Since then Laura has worked with corporations providing seasonal food elimination and detoxification seminars. Overseas Laura was busy teaching dance and fitness classes to the expatriate population in Northern Tanzania while documenting Maasai traditional medicine.

Business Development

Niko is an entrepreneur with a deep passion for improving healthcare. As an economist, he's held positions at large financial institutions and Epic Systems where he focused on internal innovation, talent management, and taught healthcare economics. He's a founder of 100state, an innovative coworking space that brings entrepreneurs together to solve problems. He also co-founded the healthIT knowledge management company, Breadcrumbs and published an art book on ridiculous medical codes.

Dr. David Kiefer
Integrative Physician

David Kiefer, M.D., is a board-certified family physician with extensive experience in botanical and integrative medicine. Dr. Kiefer’s past work included teaching naturopathic medical students at Bastyr University in Seattle, and supervising family medicine residents at a homeless youth clinic. He completed a fellowship at the Arizona Center for Integrative Medicine at the University of Arizona, where he is now an Assistant Clinical Professor of Medicine.

James Lloyd
Software Development

James is a passionate problem solver and technologist. Professionally, he spent over 5 years at Epic in technical service and software development, has helped launch a Madison Healthcare startup as the CTO at Moxe Health, and is a Director at 100state. At 100health, James is focused on educating teams to build modern, integrated solutions. In his free time, James loves giving back to the community through civic hacking and software development education.
